On the Waterfall Way, the entrance to the park is off the main road - look for the big entrance sign. A Top Parks member, the rate for a powered site is $38 (with membership discount $34.20) which is overpriced. Choose your own site: some concrete slabs, most grass but all accessed over a deep gutter. Three clean amenities blocks, but the camp kitchen is set amid cabins away from caravans. Night lighting is very poor. Out of town but close to Bunnings and Aldi. Recommend the free bus tour of town commencing at the Info Centre at 10:00am.

A Top Tourist park we paid $34pn with the discount. This is a large, quiet and well set out park. You can pick your own site and we chose a drive through spot with lawn and shade. There are 3 large amenities blocks with plenty of showers and toilets. Everything is clean and well maintained. The rubbish recycling is well organised with 3 clearly marked bins. This park is just off the Waterfall Way, east of town and an excellent base to explore this rich and attractive area. Don't miss the free bus tour from the Visitors Info Centre. Better to book first. A lovely park. We would stay again.

This park is set in a pleasantly wooded area, and has amazing gardens as well as well tended grounds, with sites generally easily accessed. The tiny ensuite unit on our site was nonetheless tidy and in good order. The arrival area near the office is a bit congested with two or three simultaneous arrivals, and we waited outside the park on its dedicated entry road. The welcome was warm and efficient, and the three amenity blocks all working and clean, including good laundries. We enjoyed our three night stay there.

Good laundry, good rec room, good camp kitchen, dump point, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Excellent playground, in good condition. Clean pool, pool is shaded, kid-safe pool area, tables and chairs provided. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families.
Liked:- Quiet. Dog friendly.
Disliked:- We were allocated an ensuite site with overhanging trees. These blocked TV reception to my brand new fixed satellite dish.

If you have a larger caravan and enjoy a quiet peaceful stay then site 68 is, in my view, the best in the park. Reception girls are friendly and helpful. Amenities are reasonable but park in general is looking tired. We stayed 3 nights and never saw any maintenance crews working. Some gardens are well overgrown and weeds on paths are abundant. Just needs a good dose of TLC and more determined attention to detail. Overall however we enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

Its a few years since we have been here, and at that stage there were some major upgrading works happening, especially on the electrics. We wanted, and were allocated an ensuite site, and it was long enough to stay hooked up, which is helpful on an overnight stay. Grounds and gardens are meticulously maintained, and the facilities were all clean. Staff were friendly and helpful - we'd arrived early, and the ensuite had not been cleaned, but on request the staff immediately did it for us. We'll spend a few days there some time, as there are many things to do in the area, and this park has certainly improved overall.

A nice park but office staff don't allocate specific sites and sometimes have a poor understanding of which sites are currently unoccupied. If you don't mind driving around with your caravan looking for an unoccupied site that's ok but would not be our preference. Otherwise a nice, generally quiet park with clean amenities and well maintained sites. Office staff are seemingly unresponsive to requests for assistance.
