It's funny how you keep coming back to the same caravan parks. But when you are onto a good thing, you stick with it. This caravan park is now a member of KUI Parks, so we paid $27.00 per night 2A powered drive-through site (with membership discount). The acting managers were friendly and helpful, the amenities were spotless with shower mats provided for the large drying area and the bbq area was very clean. It is an easy walk to town so you can stay hooked up.

What a gem of a caravan park! Welcome was friendly and helpful. Owners are Bruna and John who have been here for nearly 2 years. Paid $30 2A powered drive through site under big shady trees. Everything was spotlessly clean. Park is beside Jubilee Bot Gardens where you can walk along the Cricket Captains' Walk. It's just a 5 minute walk to town with all its historical sites. Highlight was a free sausage sizzle at Happy Hour.

This is the only park in town. It's under new management, John and Vuna, since last year 2014. A more welcome greeting you will not find anywhere, free lollies on check in. We did not book and had our pick of available sites about half of which were drive through. All sites were large, flat and well grassed and none had slabs. Amenities were dated but clean with lots of hot water from a spacious shower which came with its own bath mat. Unfortunately there was no dump point in the park however one was located a couple of blocks away. Rode our bikes all over town which with its wide, flat streets is a breeze. Our site was close to the back gate which gets locked at night. Woolies is only 150 metres away across the bridge. Tried eating out Wed night at the RSL club which is about the same distance away as Woolies but the bistro couldn't handle the crowd. The staff had no idea so we left after waiting in a line going nowhere for about 10 mins. The Chinese restaurant at the Coota Hotel was not much better and prices were high $17 - $24 for mains. Next door to the CP is a very large park perfect for that morning or late afternoon walk and if you are into cricket there is the "Captains Walk" to check out. If you want some exercise head to the far side of the park where you will find some brand new exercise equipment installed by council in recent times.

This is a nice little friendly park which was well patronised while we were there. Very green, well kept, close to town and everything works. The RSL club is a short walk out the back gate of the park, and is nice for an evening meal. There is ample room for large vans. There is no pool or playground for the kids, but the children we saw there were happily enjoying the large areas of lawn to play on. Although very close to town, the park is nice and quiet. The large well-kept park next door to the caravan park has a nice monument to our Australian cricket captains which is worth a visit.
