A feature of this location is the very generous sites, most of which have wide frontages and flat grassy cover. There is a complex of 3 swimming pools. One is a toddler's pool and one a spa. There is a wet and a dry kid's play area and a very short walk to the beach. I wish I was 10 years old. The park is actually at Boydtown not Eden. The low price we paid was a "one off" promotion. I have no idea about the laundry or kitchen/barbeque facilities as we didn't use them. Despite being on the highway there was no road noise. No problems with the permanents.
Friendly staff, staff explained park layout and facilities. Very good value for money, powered, off-peak season. Paid $26.00, reduced for . Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, very few sites are shaded, ensuite sites available, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Kiosk, dump point, secure entry, book swap available, wireless internet is available is free carrier used was Vodaphone, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, inadequate shade, many permanent/annual vans. Excellent playground, in good condition. Heated, tables and chairs provided, spa available, toddlers catered for. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park.
Liked:- The size of the large flat sites and ease of access.

Large park right by the water. Sites are grass and a good size. There are some permanents but they are separate to the tourist sites. It was quiet when we were there and although it's near the hwy there wasn't any noise at night. Would stay again.
