Were fortunate to find a really lovely park. Friendly staff, reasonable value ($35pn powered site). Quite close to the beach (500m approx) and we tried the tavern for dinner which was good too. Hallidays Point has a few other shops and is a quieter alternative to Forster-Tuncurry.

We reported on this park about 2 years ago, and noted that one of its characteristics was that it was family run. The park is well kept, this time we had an ensuite site, which had a well maintained and equipped bathroom. The level of staff enthusiasm and energy, the warmth of welcome and condition of everything is the same. The only thing that has changed is that it is no longer a Top Tourist Park, so effectively the price has gone up by 10%, so I guess something has changed! Ignore the Top Tourist logos on the signs pointing to the park.
