upon starting to set up on an un-level site the owner / manager approached telling me I had to move forward. Where I was positioning the ramp would have been obvious that I was doing just that however I considered the owner / manager somewhat curt in his approach and demand so we got a refund and left. This business lost $66 let alone what other businesses lost as we moved onto Griffith.

Friendly staff, no complaints, staff helped us at the site, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $30 for 2A, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation, disabled facilities. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, no rec room, basic camp kitchen, kiosk, disabled facilities, dump point, secure entry, van parking, book swap available, no wireless internet available. carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC electric BBQs fuel costs $1 , congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. No pool.
Liked:- Spacious sites and 1/2 an hour walk to town along a bike/walk path.
Disliked:- They say they have recycle bins, however there aren't any.
Parking:- Check in bay.
Local Information:- We were here on the Easter weekend and hot air balloonists were at this park as well. They come every year. You only have to walk across the road to the school oval to see them prepare and then drift up. Quite a spectacle if you haven't seen it before. They also have a Sunrise festival bi-annually. Unfortunately, we were here in the wrong year.
Road Conditions:- Good.

Nothing wrong with this park. Average greeting on reception. Quite a big park, but very quiet during our stay, only 4 other vans. Have to drive into town, but only a few minutes. Walking/bike track right outside park goes right into town. No key required for toilets, but a security code required for showers. Would have no hesitation staying here again. Information Centre puts on an informative presentation re local agricultural industries, rice, citrus industry etc.

Friendly reception, but a bit Stalag like, $20 deposit for a swipe card to get in and out the gate, signs stating showers closed from 9pm to 7am - I think this may apply to a separate block, as the four near in the main block where always open, very neat tidy, but lacked shade and the camp kitchen looks like it has not been used for a while, and needed a clean, and lacked hot water, BBQ’s were coin op, but couldn’t see a price, maybe needed a token like the laundry, which cost $11 to do one load, wash and dry.
Average staff friendliness, no complaints. Poor value for money $33 for 1A PN, powered, off-peak season. Amenities are close to only some sites, were clean, condition is reasonable, water pressure is bad / Variable pressure experienced, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, very few annex slabs, very few sites are shaded, drive-through sites, poor water quality, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, no rec room, basic camp kitchen, secure entry carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, inadequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Dirty UC electric BBQs fuel costs unknown, dismal bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Basic playground. Suitable for overnighter.
Liked:- Good grassed areas, well marked areas.
Disliked:- $33 per night for a single person is getting hard to justify.
