Parking:- Plenty of parking at checkin - easily room for 4/5 vans.
Local Information:- Honey Haven on Gulgong Road, Gulgong (the home of the $10 note), Club Mudgee and Golf Club meals - get shop a docket from Woolies supermarket and you can get a second meal half price at the Golf Club - conditions apply though.

We normally stay at the Ingenia Mudgee Valley park on the other side of town but decided to give this one a try. Our site was one of the last ones and was a bit disappointing. Unlevel, tight, dusty site at the rear of the park, despite some attractive, vacant, grassy sites at the front of the park which turned out to be reserved for advertising purposes for the sale of permanent village sites. Clothes lines scattered haphazardly around the park. Some noise from people in cabins late into the night. Friendly lady in the office who offered the Ingenia discount rather than the Big 4 discount. Amenities clean with hand towels & well maintained. Dog friendly. Price was reasonable at $26/night 2A powered. We are likely to return to our normal park when visiting Mudgee again.

This park has been taken over by Active Holiday Parks, but still is a Big 4, stayed here before, not much has changed since. Staff were friendly, they have started to sell relocatable homes as part of their expansion. Although it wasn't their fault but after a water pipe leakage all the park had no water for a day and a half. Overall a pleasant stay.
