Park has a high proportion of workers in the nearby coal mines and appears to have a limited range of tourist sites. Park is tiered on a slope and some of the sites are too small for large vans. We had trouble getting on the first site as the drawbar was halfway across the road. Moved to another site and fitted with a bit of difficulty. Noticed that the Owners were parking bigger rigs sideways across two sites to fit them in. Price was $28 per night for 4 nights. Amenities were well set out and clean with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Shower area was large but the dressing area was a bit squeezy. Laundry had sufficient washing machines ($4 token purchased from Reception) per wash with dryers. Plenty of line space. Clean pool. Dump point. Camp kitchen was well fitted and very clean. Clean comfortable park and would stay again.

This park is mainly filled with permanents/workers however we did not really hear them except for a few leaving early in the morning. There is only a small number of tourist sites. However the sites are double slab for the caravan and awning with also a slab for the car. Would be a reasonable base to explore the local wineries.
Friendly staff, no complaints. Reasonable value for money $38 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Inadequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to most sites, very few sites are shaded, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. carrier used was Optus, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, inadequate shade, many permanent/annual vans. Suitable for few days.
