91-95 Mackellar Street, northern side of railway line, past Penrith end of the station. Reasonably easy to find but if you are coming from the west do not let your GPS take you along the Old Bathurst Road as it becomes a narrow steep road with tight hairpin bends where vehicles over 2.5 tonnes and over 6m are banned. Go a bit further on and take the James Street exit. Ph: 02 4735 4425. Big4 member. No pets allowed. Previously know as Nepean River Holiday Village.

This park is crowded mainly with permanent villagers and holiday cabins. Very few tourist sites and they are tight to park on. Second toilet block closed. Train line nearby not a big problem.

Friendly staff, staff explained park layout and facilities. Poor value for money $39 for 2A PN, powered, off-peak season. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is reasonable, soap provided, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Inadequate number of tourist sites, some level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate small to medium vans, very few annex slabs, shade to some sites, hard to negotiate into site, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good camp kitchen, dump point, secure entry, book swap available, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Noisy, claustrophobic park, adequate shade, many permanent/annual vans. Clean pool. Suitable for overnighter.
Disliked:- Very small tourist site, hard to get into, with permanent van across the road, so not easy to swing into the site. Noisy with train line right next door. Expensive. Full of permanent vans, & cabins.
Local Information:- Convenient for the Blue Mountains & Penrith area. Close to Emu Plains station.
