Nice park on the river. One of the best camp kitchens we have come across. Amenities were in good condition. Used the disabled shower one night but no hot water. There is free wi fi but you are only able to use this around the office area. There was little phone reception. Telstra between 1-2 bars. One one day there was no reception at all. Very limited wi fi using your own device. Great laundry. Free canoes. A nice park. $29.70 per night after discount. A nice touch was the free bottles of water when leaving.

Great park for quiet relaxing time near a river.
Very friendly staff, no complaints. Reasonable value for money $49.50 for 2A PN, ensuite, shoulder season. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, very few annex slabs, shade to some sites, ensuite sites available, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good rec room, good camp kitchen, late checkout allowed, kiosk, disabled facilities, secure entry, mobile wireless not available. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park, park is considered kid-safe, park is considered suitable for mobility impaired persons.
Liked:- Quiet, open & dog friendly. Mostly friendly wildlife.
Disliked:- A pair of Plovers had a nest with 4 eggs on the adjacent site. We were given screech warnings & dive bombed each time we moved around outside the van. No problems & not really a dislike. Poor mobile phone reception.
Added Touches:- Canoes available for paddling in the river.
Local Information:- Good Chinese meals at local club.

Previous reports have said it all about this park. The sites are generally the largest we have ever come across in our travels with each defined by shrub and palm dividers and lots of open space. They have powered sites, premium waterfront sites with artificial turfs pads and ensuite available at current rates of $31/41/51 per night with current deal of stay 7/pay 6 which is not as good as previous years and the Park was not very busy during our stay and virtually pick your own. Appears to be too far out and somewhat isolated for many travellers. The amenities in the newest area adjacent to the BBQ/Kitchen/Bar building appear to have changed to previous comments and these toilet and showers are now for female use only with an additional male block situated adjacent. We found water pressure was a bit weak with phone and internet not the best even though there are mobile towers situated on top of the water tower at the other end of the village. A very pretty spot being right on the river with own boat ramp.

A lovely park with huge sites. We stayed on a river front site and it was great. The site that we had booked had been double booked so we chose another and the friendly staff gave us two bottles of wine for the inconvenience. There is a great camp kitchen ,bbq's, snack bar and an upstairs bar that is open holiday season. Also a Pub within walking distance that serves great food and has a great outdoor area and a service station/ grocery with take away food. We had a very pleasant stay for 10 days.
