This park now has a dump point, no soap or paper/towels in toilet/ shower blocks.
Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Reasonable value for money $35 for 2A, powered, peak season. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, shade to most sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, no rec room, basic camp kitchen, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. No pool. Suitable for few days, suitable for families, park is considered kid-safe.

We knew we'd be arriving late so booked a week in advance. We were told to choose our own and actually got the last powered site. Nice large site with excellent shade. New permanent accommodation being finished whilst we were there. No problem except the majority seemed to have very large dogs that barked and set all the other dogs off at regular intervals. The lack of a dump point is a pain as the one 200m behind the Info centre is 16km away.

This park is getting very popular and the sites were all full on the nights that we stayed. Overflow area being used tonight as I write, There are nicely grassed sites and the aforementioned very shady sites. Paid $32 pn, 2 persons with power. Discounted if you stay a week. We had a nice large grassed site for our fifth wheeler, several others and motorhomes have been here this week. The drive in to the reception is clearly marked, (first gate) and there is a signed turning area that was easy for our big rig. Nice to hear sprinklers in summer but I suspect that they contributed to low water pressure. Pity that there is no dump point. "Permanents" not a problem that we could detect other than early start workers and a rooster that can't tell the time. Recommended.
