The whole place is about the warm float down the spring supplied creek on pool noodles in the national park. Its good fun, very popular, crystal clear and its free. The van park is a bit au natural, a little scruffy and dusty but pleasant. You can choose your own site after checking in but they don't accept advanced bookings. Ensuite styled ablution blocks of corrugated sheet metal are dotted around the place. They are showing their age but are maintained and adequate.
Friendly staff. Good value for money, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, some level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, shade to most sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, basic camp kitchen, no wireless internet available. carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, no permanent/annual vans. Clean UC BBQs are free, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. No pool. Suitable for few days.

Located at Bitter Springs. Very friendly owners. No bookings taken. A big shady park. Pick your site on arrival. Amenities are corrugated iron on concrete. Some are ensuite type. Clean with good hot water. Basic camp kitchen and laundry. I would happily stay here again. No dump point. A dump point is in town behind the park. Its a short walk from the park to the crystal clear thermal springs.
