This park is 11km from Baffle Creek town site along Coast Road towards Rules Beach. Good base for fishing in the creek and along the local beaches. Also close to Deepwater National Park which has some nice drives and beachfront locations for day trips. Paid $200 per week for ensuite site during school holidays. Ensuite was a bit basic but clean and the hot water was hot although the water pressure ranged from poor to terrible. Amenities block was closed during our stay and those not paying for an ensuite used one of the ensuite units that were left open. Laundry was $4 was and dryers same. Clean machines. Dump point located next to amenities block. Some sites have concrete annexe pads but a number just had a shadecloth spread area for the annexe pad. All sites were large, well grassed and mowed regularity. Mobile service was lucky to get 1 bar and non-existent most of the time. TV was similarly limited. Good place for some peace and quiet. No camp kitchen but there was a shelter with a bbq and tv. (This TV had quite good reception) Very friendly Owners who could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable provided you followed their rules. Nearest store was Baffle Creek itself 11km away so come prepared. In summary a good park if you are a keen fisherman with a dinghy but apart from this not much else to do. There is a boat ramp and small jetty at the back of the Park which was for Pak guests. Would stay again.
