Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $33.00 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation, disabled facilities. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, shade to most sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good camp kitchen, disabled facilities, car wash, dump point, book swap available, wireless internet is available is free, mobile wireless not available carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 1. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. No playground. No pool. Suitable for a week or more, well maintained park, park is considered suitable for mobility impaired persons.
Liked:- Happy hour around fire pit and damper is served. Meals available some evenings but you need to book and pay in advance There is a bar but take away alcohol is not permitted Tours of property are available on some days. Current cost is around $50.00 pp Lots of vanners were repeat customers and this speaks volumes for the quality of the park
Disliked:- Only 2 clothes lines. Park can be very dusty but you expect this out here
Parking:- Drive in and park beside office
Road Conditions:- Bitumen road from Charleville to property gate, then dirt road to office

Phone range is a bit hit and miss and TV reception is much the same, otherwise I'd give it a higher rating. Large sites and extremely friendly managers. Its part of a 33000 ac property and has a lot of quite varied habitats so I would recommend the station tour - run by one of the joint owners (new owners since our last stay 3 years ago) who is also manager of the local environment management authority). Sweet bore water suitable for fussy coffee drinkers
