The usual NRMA high standard maintained here. Large unpowered area with slight slope over whole area/ lots of grass. Two well maintained amenity blocks .This park has very limited access to lake the only access is 3kms back up access road. Very good for stop over on trip Nth/sth or a few days,

As previous reports have stated, this is a very good park. Very well maintained and a reasonable price. Cable $20 (refundable) gives good TV reception. Quiet and peaceful. Have a rest or go fishing, this park is great.

Manager's name is Rob and Kelly.
A nice quiet park with a congenial atmosphere but be aware that the park is not on the shore of the lake so no lake view, except from the cabins on the hill, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the Dam Wall and there is a boat ramp close by. Television reception is patchy but in one area of the park the managers will supply you with a cable you can plug into a common antenna outlet and this will enable you to receive most free to air channels, you can request a site in this area when you book. The park also has a mini golf course. So if you like fishing or a nice quiet relaxing time I would recommend this park.
Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Very good value for money $29 for 2A PN, powered, off-peak season. Paid $87, reduced for Stay 4 nights pay for 3. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation, disabled facilities. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by. Good laundry, no rec room, good camp kitchen, dump point, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanents. Clean UC BBQs, congenial bbq area atmosphere. No playground. No pool. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families.
