This is a small park between the Bruce Highway and a railway line. Very few trains travel on the line and if you get a site at the back of the park you are away from the noise of the Bruce Highway. Sites are level and some have cement slabs and shade. They have a camp kitchen, a pool that has a shade cloth over it, free stainless steel BBQ's. The amenities are a bit dated but everything works well in them. There is a dump point. There is TV and phone reception at this park. Cost was $30/night for powered site.

A great little park. New owners had just been there for a couple of weeks when we stayed. They appeared very friendly and enthusiastic about their new venture. Very well maintained park, everything neat and tidy. The amenities were excellent. Most sites are drive thru, we had a site on the southern end of the park. It was quite difficult to get into, poles and trees across the road at the front made it a difficult manoeuvre, beside this everything was fine. Big grassed area at the rear. We were there State of Origin night. The owners put on free nibbles and a sausage sizzle in the camp kitchen and then we watched the game on the big screen in there. It was well attended and everyone was in good humour. We survived the night, we are from NSW. Would definitely stay again at this park. About a 3 minute drive to Ingham.

Craig & Kate, are your hosts. This park is excellent. They have just sold it and whilst I was there the new owners,a young family had arrived. The park is well laid out.It was $30:00 per night and worth every cent of it.The park is pet friendly and the only drama I had was that one of the park occupiers decided that they didnt like animals and virtually told me to 'P' off and take my animals with me.... That problem was sorted out. There is a pool there for the HOT days, the ammenaties are excellent and very clean. The showers have a BIG bench and also a shower curtain. Most spots have a slab, excepting those who are overnight and its drive in from the back section of the park and that gives you the chance to drive straight out.No dramas with power and water...ample pressure. With grey water it was a matter of put the hose onto the grass. Overall the park is excellent. Its about 2-3 kilometers from town and about 1.5 kilometers from the TYTO wetlands,so both are withing easy reach.Woolies are in town as well as Coles,so enjoy your visit to Ingham

I refer to my report on this park some 2 and half years ago. Pleased to say park is still under same ownership and not one thing has slipped. In fact whilst we were there they started to renovate the male amenities block. Do not know why, as the present ones would rate in the top 25% of all amenities blocks we have used in our nearly 4 years on the road. We stayed 7 nights and paid for 6 deal. 26 bucks per night (pow 2A). Apart from an excellent pool and camp kitchen, there were no other extras. Ideal for old farts to sit back and do nothing. A BIG thumbs for those involved.

We overnighted here and were pleasantly surprised at the well-tended park. This park is on the Bruce Highway. We normally don't stay at highway parks because of the noise, but despite the fact that both highway and rail are close, noise was not an issue. Most of the sites are drive through gravel and, joy of joys, Level. The amenities were clean and the showers were roomy with a decent change area. A low step into the shower prevented water flowing into the change area. Very good camp kitchen with TV, seating and 2 computers for the use of guests, BBQ and full electric stove. Would not hesitate to recommend this park. We visited in the off season, so not sure about peak times.
