This old park has large sites with slabs and the amenities block has been partly renovated. Book into the town bus tour at the info centre. The road from Charleville is excellent

OK value for money park. 31 Bucks (powered 2A). Very friendly staff who guided us onto our site. Excellent amenities block with good showers. Dump point. Good camp kitchen with a great area next to it to have a chinwag and a grog with fellow travellers in the evening. Open fire not going whilst we were there as park was not busy. 3 small hot water spas are a plus for the park. Average maintained park. Ideal for an over night stay as not much to do in Quilpie.
