This is a very well run Caravan Park. Everything is maintained to a high standard. The young couple who manage the park are friendly and helpful. This park is probably 1.5 to 2 kms from the shops in the village. There is a pathway/cycleway all the way in, this follows the water along. We had a lovely grassed site at the back of the park. There is a small unisex toilet down that end which is an excellent idea. The main amenities block is old but kept in good condition. There are 2 caravan parks right in the village, so for quite a small place there is plenty of choice. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this one. They had a local singer in the camp kitchen for 2 hours on the Wednesday evening during our stay. Overall a very pleasant few days.

This park is a credit to management and staff. It is one of the best kept parks to visit and the amenities are clean and maintained during the day. Rubbish bins are emptied and cleaned daily. Sites are a good size and any concerns are dealt with promptly. The price for a weekly stay is very reasonable.

I had booked a while ago and asked for a drive through site which I did not get when I enquired her response wasn't that great more like oh well My main problem was the children riding bikes and their skateboards and scooters throughout the park fast and down the hill without parents around it was dangerous and started early in the morning and went on after dark. It reminded me why I don't normally travel during school holidays Thankfully I booked when I enquired I was told it was a quite period but there was certain events on that weekend which meant that was fully booked
