Contrary to comments that there is no pool at this park. There are 2 . One in the older section which is well shaded and a very nice cool spot on the hottest day, there is also a wading pool suitable for children. The other pool is in the new section with 2 spa's attached. I have previously stayed in the older section and found it very good. We are in the new section this time and it has 20 drive through sites and another 20 sites along the back fence, backing onto open paddocks with plenty of large gumtrees which give good shade of a afternoon. At each end of the drive through sites there small rose gardens and lots of palm trees throughout.

The park has been extended and a lot of new sites added. It is not yet completed. They have added extensive landscaping. Sites are covered in a good size Riverland Limestone type rock which does not get picked up in shoes etc. Sites are a good size for most vans with a row of longer sites for 5th wheelers and buses, We had not problem fitting our 10m 5th wheeler on our site. We will be back. The park is conveniently located and an easy drive to anywhere.
Very friendly staff. Good value for money $32 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to only some sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, very few sites are shaded, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, basic camp kitchen, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4. Noisy, open & roomy park, inadequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. No playground. No pool. Suitable for a week or more, well maintained park.
Liked:- Plenty of room. Sites easy to negotiate into. Staff happy to accommodate. Very clean even though it is still under construction.

This park, well north of the city is fine for a few days, clean and well organized. Its not flash and has some friendly permenents. Soon it will have a lot of new sites added as the park is often full. Amenities are clean and well kept. If you stay get a site as far back from the highway as you can, its not too noisy that way.
