This is a donation RV park. $4 per person powered site; $3 unpowered site. Honesty box in front of the central amenities. Showers $1 for 3 mins. Two toilet/shower rooms in central block Other toilets closer to large UC playground and skatepark. Dump point and potable water (on the hill, signed). When we were there, a machine was there to charge for water but water came out without payment. Large open area. No shade except if parked near the bbq area shelters where some of the power points are. Andamooka is basically an opal mining town. There's a pub, PO/museum, and a bottle shop with a very small selection of extremely overpriced food essentials. If you have a 4WD then a drive to Lake Torrens is a must (check at the PO or pub re current track and lake levels). There is a very interesting free set of historical huts in the main street. Worth a stop. Also, take a drive around the perimeter road for some great scenery.
