All previous reports still current except not all sites have water or sullage and if windy it is extremely dusty and would suspect if raining it would be muddy

A large area (260 sites powered and unpowered) with only a dozen caravanners staying at time of our visit. Level grassed drive through sites. Power, taps and sullage points at each site. $30 per night, no unpowered rate. Close to highway but units near the front of the park reduce traffic noise. Airport for small aircraft only busy during the day. The owner appears to run this park on his own. It includes three cottages and two blocks each with six bedsit units. There is a newer licenced restaurant offering a basic menu. Amenities old and in need of TLC, cleaning only basic. Stainless steel handbasins, mirrors, power points and hooks. Showers with water saver shower heads, water very hot, no curtain, ledge or mat. Shelf and one hook on door in dressing section. Adult bathroom with toilet, basin and bath. Child bathroom was out of action and locked. NO disability bathroom. Laundry with four washing machines $3 and three very large dryers. Bench for sorting. Three troughs with hot and cold water but no plugs, not well cleaned. Iron and ironing board available by request. Long clothes line with four lines, three looked rusty. No clothes hoists. Swimming pool and games room not inspected. Dump point (primitive) with hose at rear. Pets permitted. The man who owns the park appears to do everything himself with no employees. We only stayed here to meet someone, and even then only coming in after speaking to other caravanners there who were happy with the facilities.
Average staff friendliness, no complaints. Reasonable value for money $30 for 2A, powered. Amenities are close to only some sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, no camp kitchen, dump point, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, open & roomy park, a few permanent/annual vans. No BBQs. No playground. Suitable for overnighter.
Liked:- Water very hot. Being on the edge of town it seemed safe and secure.
Added Touches:- Fish cleaning sink and bins

Dusty below average park. No grass or gardens to sites and only a few slabs. . Poor hot water in ablutions. Lights in ablutions very very dim - difficult to shower etc. Not very clean. Good to have power and water for an overnight stop. Funniest thing is the lovely green grass outside the ablutions is for the dogs (no-one cleans up) and there is a sign forbidding ball games on the grass - the owners dog has free rein and poops on the lawn as well. We stayed over Easter when other parks in town were full so very grateful for the hook-up but would avoid otherwise. Good TV and Internet.
Friendly staff. Good value for money $28 for 2A, powered, shoulder season. Amenities are close to most sites, were dirty, condition is reasonable, water pressure is bad / Variable pressure experienced, there was adequate hot water, separate bathroom. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, very few annex slabs, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by. Good laundry, dump point, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Vodaphone, reception quality was 5. Quiet, open & roomy park. No BBQs. Suitable for few days.
Liked:- Water and power after the nullabor crossing!
Disliked:- Poor ablutions. Dusty park
