Stayed for two nights, reasonable value at $36 a night for two adults for a powered site. The amenities were good and clean. Staff were nice. Location of the park is very good with marina and river views and a short drive to shops. Park is being renovated to take more cabins. We had one of the drive through sites which was handy for our large van, nice grassed site.

This park has recently changed hands and it seems they will be doing some work on the park. It is a large park with lots of unpowered sites. Some of the powered sites are quite large so they can accommodate large rigs. Quite a few of the sites are grassy with shade from trees. The park backs onto the Murray River and was a quite place to stay when we visited. The amenities are an older style log building. The amenities are a bit old but everything in them works really well. There is a small camp kitchen with a free BBQ. 2 sides of the camp kitchen are enclosed which provides some protection from the rain and wind. The main negative with the camp kitchen is that the birds go in there and there is bird poo on the floor, table and chairs. The BBQ is not level so the fat drips off the BBQ onto the cement slab. The amenities are cleaned really well but unfortunately the cleaning of the camp kitchen needs to be improved to deal with the bird poo and fat on the cement slab. Some vans are stored in the park and there is also another area that is fenced and seems to be a bit of a rubbish area. With some work this park has got great potential as it is a large block of land on the river. The lighting at night is poor so you need to take a torch to get around at night.
