Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff helped us at the site, staff explained park layout and facilities. Reasonable value for money $29 for 2A PN, powered, off-peak season. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, no sites are shaded, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, basic camp kitchen, dump point, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, claustrophobic park, inadequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Excellent playground, in good condition. No pool. Suitable for few days, suitable for families.
Disliked:- Some sites are small some larger, they appear to put all standard size vans in one section leaving the larger sites available for longer vans. This results in most vans jammed together in one section. Our site was either awning or car.
Local Information:- Strathalbyn has lots of delightful old buildings and parks

Manager's name is Shane and Jacquie.
Changes have been made to the layout of some sites by the new managers since I was here in 2013. The fence line has been moved out to the large pine trees that border the sports ground. This has allowed the rather steep jump-up to the road to be removed and the road to be moved further out, giving larger sites. I have a 29' overall length van and have no trouble fitting on the site allocated to me.Some sites are back to back and these will fit large vans on both sides. The sites are well marked out. There are a few sites where large vans could stay hooked up if the owners wanted to. As the park borders he local sports ground there is a large area to walk dogs. There is a children's playground adjacent to the park.

Good laundry, no rec room, basic camp kitchen, dump point, van parking, book swap available, no wireless internet available. carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4.
