Park is Discovery Park member and now associated with Top Parks so obtain discount for either group. $33 per night before discount. Most sites gravel and most close to amenities. Plenty of shade but birds in trees can be a problem. Amenities were clean but shower cubicles were very small. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Laundry and equipped camp kitchen. BBQ (free) areas throughout the Park. Very friendly staff. Kiosk on site with limited groceries but large range of takeaway or dine in food. Had fish and chips one night and was good value for money. Being right on the foreshore majority of Park were fishermen with their tinnies heading out early in the morning.

The big rig area to the left is quieter and bigger better sites, still easy access to the bay and the refurbished shower/toilets are great, but water not hot enough at times.

The previous contributors report is still accurate however we were at the end of the park and with a water front site. All is good except that it expected that water runs up-hill therefore the sullage from the several vans around us didn't work. Just a bit of nit-picking but annoying for a $32 p/n park

There were some major renovations going on when we were here so only one section of the park was in use. The sites are large and level with large slabs and the amenities block was excellent. It is a nice walk into town and there is also a heritage walk. Only ABC tv reception here. This is a tourist only park.

This is a very popular, large caravan park set along the shores of Streaky Bay. Many sites back directly onto the beach. When booking in, caravans may be queued up, so park in the street. We paid $30 2A powered site, which was a double concrete slab for caravan and awning, but most sites have a single concrete slab or shade cloth pad. Some sites have shady trees but watch out for bird poop. Amenities were dated but very clean. Good camp kitchen and bbq areas. There is a cafe on site for convenience buying. It's a bit of a walk into town, but there is a good bakery.

The park is in a great location right on the bay. We paid $27.90 after chain discount (2A, pwd). The park is packed with facilities, 2 amenities blocks plus a separate toilet block, 2 camp kitchens, about 6 fish cleaning areas and also about 6 barbecues. It would need all of this when full. The area around the amenities is nicely paved and landscaped. Sites are shell grit, some with shade cloth and some with slabs. Roads within the park are narrow and some sites are very difficult to reverse into. The park is very popular even in the low season and we felt somewhat hemmed in. Overall though a very nice park which is well maintained.
