Friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Very good value for money $25.00 for 2A PN, powered, shoulder season. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to some sites, shade to most sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, no rec room, good camp kitchen, dump point, secure entry, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. No pool. Suitable for few days, suitable for families, well maintained park, park is considered kid-safe.
Liked:- Close to wineries in the Barrossa Valley area and other tourist towns in the Adelaide Hills.
Parking:- Off main road parking while waiting.

The pool is a community pool about 150 metres from park, and there is a cost to enter, although there is no cost for children during the Summer Holidays.

Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to most sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, no rec room, good camp kitchen, kiosk, dump point, book swap available, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Good playground, in good condition. Clean pool, pool is shaded, kid-safe pool area, tables and chairs provided, toddlers catered for. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park.
Liked:- Quiet, shady and mostly level sites. Little road noise. Good place if you just wanted to "veg" out but close to a great range of tourist sites if you are looking to fill your days.
Parking:- Off road parking while waiting to book in.
Local Information:- Town is part of Adelaide Hills near to the Barrossa Valley, so it is close to wineries and the small tourist towns throughout the area. Town has basic facilities, hotel, bakery, petrol, groceries, chemist, but there are several larger towns with full facilities within 30 - 40 klm.
Road Conditions:- Being part of the Adelaide Hills area roads can be very windey, with blind bends and not many places to overtake.
