A number of permanents but did not affect our stay.
Friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Poor value for money $38 for 2A PN, powered, shoulder season. Amenities are close to most sites, cleanliness was average, condition is good, water pressure is good, soap provided, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, some level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, shade to some sites, hard to negotiate into site, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, dump point, no wireless internet available, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, camp kitchen, many permanent/annual vans. No BBQs. No playground. No pool. Suitable for overnighter.
Disliked:- This is a council owned park and the manager parked us and other motor homes on dirt/blue-metal site while there were plenty of grass sites available, so would pay to check the site before paying. Also the walking/bicycle track ran past the front of our awning. Showers have a four minute timer on them and you are lucky to get hot water shower for two minutes.
