A great park but big trees are a prominent feature shading over most sites and there are caution signs around regarding the dropping limbs. Left us a little uneasy however each site is a lovely little enclave with a garden beside giving privacy from other site. Good concrete slab for annex and a space to park the car in front. Each site has an ensuite which is a couple of metres up a good concrete path behind the vans. All features in the ensuite are fully functional, great hot water, heated lamp etc. Some of the sites could be a bit tight to reverse into as the garden beds and roadways are a bit tight. A bit of noise from the highway but nothing that annoyed us. TV, telephone and internet reception are all good. Laundry contains all the necessary and was very well maintained. Great location for visiting local areas and a very good shopping precinct about 7 mins down the highway. The Information Centre in Bendigo city is excellent, and even for the non-religious the Catholic Church near town is a magnificent building to explore. $32 per night-less Family Parks discount. Bookings over the internet are available, however I couldn't find how to put FP discount in and rang instead. Would recommend booking ahead, because the office isn't staffed all the time. Ensuite keys left at an 'automated' box and operated simply by entering your phone number. Would have given this park a higher rating, but those trees....

What a breath of fresh air the park is, beautiful surroundings lovely gardens privacy on all sites and a bargain to boot, it is a change not being ripped off like so many other caravan parks especially in NSW. And having your own facilities was fantastic.

As others have stated, this is a great caravan park. It was reasonably full when we got there but we were invited to check the sites out first to see if we would fit. Price is excellent at $30 for 2, the ensuites were immaculate, as were the laundry facilities.

This is a lovely park and an absolute bargain at $30pn for an en-suite site - they only have en-suite sites for vans but there are also many cabins. We stayed there for 4 nights and never at any time made contact with the park management. On arrival, your key is dispensed from a vending machine when you enter your mobile phone number. Sites can be difficult to reverse into but they are well established with a slab, all connections and a sealed path to the door of the en-suite. The surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained. Kangaroos graze on the lawns. Your facilities have a heater, fan, soap and bathmat and are spacious. It can be difficult to enter from the highway. Coming from Bendigo you will execute a U turn just as the speed limit turns to 100kph. Coming from Melbourne it is possible to pull off the road as you slow down to make the left turn into the park.

Despite there being a lot of trees I was able to find a gap in the trees to receive a signal on the satellite dish. We were on site E8 which was drive through.

Winter rate $30 p/n for an ensuite site [$27 p/n FPA member]. Well laid out park with generous sized sites with lots of trees, shrubs and grass separating them. Narrow road with sleeper edging makes access to some sites difficult for larger vans. Chair, bathmat, hand towel & soap provided in the ensuite. Our ensuite’s interior paintwork was starting to look a bit “tired”. Excellent value for money and would not consider staying at any other park in Bendigo.

Cost 7 nights - $231 (Powered Site with En-Suite). Owners - Paul and Dwayne. We met Paul who quickly had us on our way to our en-suite site. A friendly couple of brothers running a well kept Park that was originally started by their parents some 30 years ago. Sites were easy to access but you may need to book if you have a van over 20’. Park - A medium sized park with about 20 sites, all with en-suite sites and a number of very nicely set up Cabins, Villa Units and a Holiday house. Amenities – Excellent pool and BBQ areas with lots of green lawns and a nice camp kitchen. Good hot water supply. Features – Bendigo and surrounding historical areas.
