A lovely park in a lovely part of the world. Off-peak pricing is very reasonable at $30 P/N less BIG4 discount. A large park with lots of cabins and sites with and without slabs. All staff-reception, cleaners and groundsmen so very friendly-makes a difference. Two sets of amenities, one large cubicle style facility with heated floor-divine; and another set in the grassed site area with about 4 ensuite type bathrooms. Two sets of laundry facilities also, which were kept quite busy. Dump point provided. Telephone and internet both very good, as was the ample free wifi. Two camp kitchens both very clean and well stocked, a games room for the kids, magnificent big pool area and swings also. TV reception was a bit iffy on some channels, bit like the weather. A communal fire is lit every night at one end of the park which prevented the smoke haze that seemed to envelope the CP in town that had fires at every site. The lady at reception gave us a very full brief of the facilities of the park and of the surrounding area. The map that she provided, produced by the park, was more informative and easier to understand than the one available from the Info Centre that you pay for. It is a lovely, flat 15 min stroll into town where there are a couple of shops to peruse. The Grampians are a must to explore, even the less mobile can do some lovely drives to enjoy magnificent lookouts. There was enough to keep us occupied for 2 weeks.

This is a large, lawned and luxurious Big 4 park - complete with jumping castle. We were well received in the office and were expertly guided into our en-suite site. The site was a good size and had a slab which was good as it was wet and there were dirt (mud) patches and lots of kangaroo poo which can be walked into your van. The en-suite was clean but small. It had a fan, a bathmat and an outside light. Nice BBQs spread around the park and plenty of bins. On our 4 night stay management seemed to book people into adjacent sites when, being June, there was scope to spread people out a little more. It is a pleasant walk into the small Halls Gap township from the park.

Great park on outskirts of town. Friendly staff. $30 p/n 2 adults powered, paid $27.00 after Big4 discount. Some sites have slabs. Very clean amenities with heated floors, great on a cold night or morning. Amenities are close to most sites. Poor night lighting. Large hall with a fire, seats and large screen TV. Enclosed camp kitchen, pool, tennis courts etc.
