We initially booked in for three nights but extended by a night, cost was $26/night with seniors discount for a powered site. We were down at the front corner opposite the pub and liked the site as we could access the basic public toilet just through the pathway to the pub if we were not up to the walk up the hill to the refurbished amenities, which are very nice. The park was nice and peaceful, just the sound of the waves, and excellent value. St Pats was the only night we had noise from the pub (to be expected with a live band), and this ceased at 11pm. We would happily return to this park if back down this way. Tip: the local store across the road also does great take always at a good price.

Average staff friendliness, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $27.50 for 2A PN, powered, off-peak season. Paid $24.75, reduced for Seniors. Amenities are close to only some sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided, disabled facilities. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, shade to most sites, hard to negotiate into site, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good camp kitchen, dump point, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. No BBQs. Basic playground, in good condition. No pool.
Disliked:- Most sites are small, there are a couple that would accommodate large vans etc, nearly all are difficult to access.
