Located just to the north of town about 11kms south from Mildura. A medium sized park with some sites on the small side ie a caravan plus awning plus car besides won't work. The sites have slabs and are quite grassy. Amenities have been recently refurbished but good luck adjusting the shower taps to give a comfortable shower. You either get scolded or freeze. New swimming pool would be good in summer. Good owner.

I have only rated this park a 3 due to the amenities. They have not been updated since the 70's/80's. Two showers in the ladies were out of order during our stay. They have a separate room with an old bath that looks terrible. Otherwise the park has beautiful grassed sites and is fairly quiet even though it's on the highway. There are many overseas workers who have a separate area and amenities block. Travellers use the old block.
Friendly staff, average staff response to complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Reasonable value for money $36 for 2A PN, peak season. Amenities are close to only some sites, cleanliness was average, condition is poor, water pressure is bad / Variable pressure experienced, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, very few sites are shaded, ensuite sites available, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, no rec room, basic camp kitchen, dump point, book swap available, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, many permanent/annual vans. Clean UC electric BBQs fuel costs $1 for 30mins, dismal bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Basic playground, in average condition. Clean pool, tables and chairs provided. Suitable for few days, well maintained park.
Liked:- The grassed sites and well maintained grounds.
Disliked:- The condition of the amenities.
Parking:- Check in bay outside of the office.
Local Information:- Mildura is only 15 minutes away with all the shops etc. It was enjoyable to go on the Melbourne paddle steamer which also goes through Lock 11.
Road Conditions:- Good

We paid $27/ night (2A, pwd site). The park is a standard, grassy park with concrete slabs and shade to many sites. There are 2 amenities blocks. We were encouraged by office staff to use the newer block although told the older block was cleaned every day. As the older block was quite close we used it and found it of only average cleanliness. The park provides a playground but people with very young children and long coated dogs should be aware that the lawns are full of burrs. Also be aware that a 'hump' sign is ridiculously close to the road for vans turning right to get to their site. Our site was very roomy and well grassed with lovely shade on some warmer days.

Pleasant open park, great amenities, lovely grass, friendly staff. Good alternative to crowded parks in Mildura if you don't mind the 14km. The road is busy but if you choose sites away from the road it is fine.
