Again a pleasant surprise 10km of well maintained gravel road that presents no problems if you drive to conditions and has a 40 kph speed limit. Park is a very shady spot right on the cliff face with a stairway down to the beach, also has a track down to the beach to launch or retrieve a dingy, Driving on the beach otherwise is not encouraged. Staff where very friendly and helpful in explaining the park layout. Amenities where unisex and open to the sky (shower while watching the Stars) but still private enough not to worry about your neighbour. Also well set up with a Bowling Green, Markets on Sunday Morning, Sunday Night Meals and a BBQ on Wednesday night

Notice up near office that this is a NO smoking caravan park. It is unsigned, undated, not on a company letterhead and lots of people do smoke here. However, number of people pass comment on the park being non smoking only. There is nothing on their web site about the smoking or non smoking policy.
Friendly staff, no complaints. Reasonable value for money $35 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, some level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Poor laundry, no rec room, no camp kitchen, late checkout allowed, kiosk, dump point, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 1. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. No BBQs. No playground. No pool. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families.
Liked:- Park had reasonable sized sites but as it was a bit out of season, you could pick your own. If they were narrow, then they were longer. Not as long, wider.
Disliked:- Park website says Sunday night roast but they decided to end it about 2 weeks earlier and don't tell people. ^amp limit on power which is quite manageable but no electric kettle or frypan or microwave.
Parking:- Office or booking in only manned 4 hours a day, rest of time is pick your own and come back when they are there. June July August ring and book first...
Added Touches:- Wednesday night was BBQ night, they brought out the BBQ and you provide everything else. Very limited supplies at kiosk but prices seemed fair.
Local Information:- Wonderful beach about 100 metres away down a stairway. Access down to beach for launching your boat from the beach.
Road Conditions:- Road in about 15 kms a bit rough, but stay under 30 K for a big van and should be OK
