Booking is preferred to be done online before arrival but we rang the shire office upon arrival. Very nice woman booked us in over the phone. Slabs to most sites. Some sites are shaded. Water, power, as sullage to sites. However, one power box supports six sites, so you may need a long cord. Clean amenities with soap and paper towel. Showers with curtain for dry area but they are tiny so the floor was completely wet. No exhaust fans. Laundry an amazing $2 only for washing, 30 mins. Very nice camp kitchen, heaters, fans, two clean bbqs, tables, electric appliances. No dump point but there is one in town in Johnston St. Overlooks the Hotham River weir. Short walk to town. Great kids playground outside park.

Nicely situated, older-style caravan park adjacent to a large pool of the Hotham River, though swimming is not permitted. Dogs allowed on a lead only.
Very friendly staff, no complaints. Reasonable value for money $35 for 2A PN, powered, peak season. Amenities are close to all sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, some level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to most sites, shade to some sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans.
Liked:- A short walk to the main street shops etc.
Disliked:- A bit pricey, with some sites a bit awkward for larger vans.
Local Information:- Lots of quirky statues around the town. A new park with play equipment is near completion.
