Friendly staff, no complaints. Reasonable value for money $45 for 2A PN, powered, off-peak season. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, no sites with annex slabs, shade to most sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, basic camp kitchen, dump point, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Good playground, in good condition. Clean pool, pool is shaded, tables and chairs provided. Suitable for a week or more.
Liked:- Big resort style pool
Disliked:- Sites were very dusty with a lot of leaf litter, all the sites that had any grass at all were blocked off during our stay, 'being prepared' for the main tourist season, did feel a bit like anyone coming out of season was just a nuisance.
Parking:- Very limited parking, parking on road often will be needed.

Staff were friendly when checking in, but the cost was astronomical at $57/night (2 people). For that price I expected a top shelf park, but was sadly disappointed. Pool was nice but shaded/cold most of the day. Amenities closest to us were old and in poor condition (but cleaned daily). They are in desperate need of an update. Hand dryers positioned over urinals didn't help either! There seemed more modern, clean amenities nearer the pool. We were positioned at the rear of the park with a road directly behind. Traffic used the road from early morning making for a noisy site. Walk to the beach is 5 - 10 mins - from the front of the park. Double that if you're down the back. Suggest there are better priced parks in Broome with better facilities. We rang this one based on the name (Cable Beach) as we were coming from a remote area and didn't have time to check all van parks first - our mistake.
Friendly staff, no complaints. Poor value for money $57 for 2A PN, powered, peak season. Amenities are close to most sites, cleanliness was average, condition is poor, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, hard to negotiate into site, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Kiosk, dump point, secure entry. Noisy, adequate shade. Clean BBQs. Clean pool, pool is shaded. Suitable for few days.
Disliked:- Amenities.
Parking:- Parking VERY limited for check in. Vans often banked up all down the adjoining road making for severe congestion.

What a disappointment this year when we came to Cable Beach Caravan Park. Its so rack and stack and not comfortable. The seasonals were not pleasant in anyway. We have stayed here before and always have found this place to be pleasant. Maybe its time we changed the time of year to come back.
