Good park, we stayed there previously . Bit expensive, acceptable due to remoteness and being off grid. Great for a night or a week.

$48 for three people with the pay 6 get 7 days. Still only bore water to sites, potable water plant has been there 10 years, it is time for both Caravan Parks in Coral Bay to connect the good water to the sites, Some people connected the bore water to their van and then regreted it when plumbing fittings began to leak so don't do it. Some sites big, some smaller, worth having a scout of the site if you have a big set up. Coral Bay very popular this time of year with all sites full and overflow areas unpowered, no water, no amenities being populated well most nights. Understand why it is so popular but with the wind and weather we had this year, I think the novelty has worn off for us, but a lot of people do stay there for up to 3 months so what do I know??

Still salty bore water to caravan sites, freshwater water points only. Do not connect bore water to your caravan.. Booked out everyday, every site, powered and unpowered so advise to book.
Friendly staff, good staff response to complaints, staff helped us at the site, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $43 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is bad / Variable pressure experienced, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to most sites, hard to negotiate into site, poor water quality, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, no rec room, no camp kitchen, dump point, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 3. Quiet, claustrophobic park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free. Excellent playground, in good condition. Clean pool, pool is shaded, tables and chairs provided, toddlers catered for. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park.
Liked:- Park is just up from good beach and snorkeling area. Most of the staff are very good.
Disliked:- Still no potable water to sites, but this caravan park, as was the other here was full every night so do they need to?? This is an older park and most sites were designed around the 15 - 20 foot mark so with the size of vans today, made some of the sites feel very close.
Parking:- Room for about 4 vans
Added Touches:- None
Local Information:- Tours, Quad bikes, swim with the whales, sightseeing flights etc. Nothing for 50 cents though.
Road Conditions:- Very good

Location location. This park is only 200m from the beautiful snorkeling area of Bills Bay, with shops across the road. Sites were sparsely grassed on sandy base, and could be a little tight to reverse into with other tenants cars parked at the front of their sites. At $37 p/n 2A just after school holidays we thought it was excellent value compared to the other CP 200m down the road. BYO water, although drinking water was available at various stations around the park. Showers were salty bore type water, but very nice all the same and for the amount of people in the park were always kept very clean and tidy. Dump point in park. Only downside to front sites was a fair bit of noise from the patrons leaving the Tavern across the road. The park has pine like trees amongst the sites for shade and branches overhang vans or cars. Unfortunately these trees drip a salty, tan coloured, stickiness, day and night -although at night it was worse and sounded like drizzle. We ended up with quite the sticky mess after only two nights.
