This is an OK park. Probably the pick of the parks actually in Denham. We were there off-peak and paid $32 after TT discount. Monkey Mia (dolphin experience) is only a 15 minute drive. Definitely do not miss the Oceanarium 8kms from town - very good tour by a very knowledgeable guide. It is worth the 260km round trip off the highway just to visit both attractions.

Agree with previous comments. This caravan park is popular with regulars who stay for months, so make sure to book ahead. We booked the last spot, in the overflow area, and watched as others were turned away. Prime spots are on the top level, but it can be windy. Great position right on the beach and across the road from a supermarket and shopping strip. $43 2A powered site, we paid $38.70 TT discount - bit pricey for the little site we had right by the front gate. Ladies: check out the handmade jewellery at the office.

Manager's name is Colin & Janelle. (Neil temp manager).
As usual park was clean and tidy, seemed busier than normal this year (we are return regulars) think more people are staying here and doing the Monkey Mia thing for a day trip rather than staying over there, due to MM resorts spiraling park costs.
Very friendly staff, no complaints. Reasonable value for money PW, powered, off-peak season. Paid $225, reduced for long stay pensioner. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is reasonable, water pressure is bad / Variable pressure experienced, there was adequate hot water. Inadequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, ensuite sites available, adequate sullage close by. Liked:- Elevated position on top level.
Disliked:- Children playing ball games at times and riding bikes everywhere (accidents waiting to happen with busy traffic flow through park). Water flow to top level showers, still goes from hot to cold and visa versa when busy, been like this for years now, could be dangerous for kids or disabled.
Parking:- Queues sometimes formed back onto road when busy.
Local Information:- Local whiting from boats at jetty, also fish available from fishermans co-op at back of town.
Road Conditions:- Roads good into Shark Bay.
