Well maintained little park within walking distance to town. The camp kitchen is tiny and barely adequate with no microwave. However there is a second roomier and open plan kitchen which is squeaky clean and has all the usual equipment. Some sites are quite difficult to negotiate but they have a "parking person" who is very good at directing large vans into tight sites. Good bitumen roads within the park. The rec. room is a TV room with a few lounges.
Friendly staff, no complaints, staff helped us at the site, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $53.00 for 2A PN, powered. Paid $47.80, reduced for G'Day parks discount. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, paper towels/dryer provided. Mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to most sites, shade to some sites, hard to negotiate into site, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, basic rec room, good camp kitchen, dump point, van parking, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Vodaphone, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, no permanent/annual vans. Clean UC electric BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Good playground, in good condition. No pool. Suitable for a week or more.
