We have had a very enjoyable week here. Took advantage of the 6 for 7 deal in addition to the Top parks discount. Our site was quite large and the service from the front office was very good. The amenities were clean and recently repainted. The local council is doing a park upgrade. Will definitely here again.

This park has an excellent location overlooking Esperance Bay. It has about 100 sites with slabs & 11 overnight sites. The very clean ablution blocks are small but, there are 4 of them, and each has a dump point. An extra dump point exists near the camp sites. Very easy parking at check-in. In fact, a U-turn is possible in the visitor's carpark. I would recommend this park.

What a disappointment it was after we paid $45 per night powered and when we drove to our site only to find it very untidy after previous visitor. We had a sandy site next door to old ablutions which were built in the 60's. A constant odour was coming from them the 2 days we stayed. Value for park it is not.

We enjoyed our stay at this park. Paid $40.50 per night with Top Tourist discount. We extended our stay to one week and were given the 7th night free. Many sites have water views but not all. There are many large trees which could make getting into some sites difficult for vans over 20 ft. Sites are either gravel or shadecloth. There are 4 amenity blocks which were very clean and the showers had nice glass screen door's. There is a small camp kitchen with an oven in one far corner of the park. Very nice walk along the esplanade to CBD including Woolworths.

Very average park, dusty unkempt and no grass at all on sites. Luckily had a slab site at our request but still very dusty and dirty. Ablutions OK . Camp kitchen excellent. The park is old and would be accepatable if it cost around $30, but at $45 a night just didn't deliver to expectations.
Average staff friendliness. Poor value for money $45 for 2A PN, powered, shoulder season. Paid $40.50, reduced for Big 4 discount. Amenities are close to all sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is bad / Variable pressure experienced, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, very few annex slabs, shade to most sites, adequate taps close by. Basic laundry, good camp kitchen, dump point, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4. Quiet, adequate shade. No BBQs. Suitable for few days.
Liked:- Camp Kitchen well setup
Disliked:- Dirty dusty and the price
Local Information:- Aparently this is the best park in town - what a pity as it is likely the first impression caravanners get of WA when they cross from the East. Esperance is a great town to visit. Fantastic fishing from the jetty and awesome National parks nearby.

We paid $270 for a 7 days, with the offer of pay 6 get the 7th free. The 4 amenities are old but very clean, good water pressure, unlimited hot water, but at times hard to adjust. All amenities have laundries, with washing machines and dryers. The washing machines were $4 a load, 2x$2 coins, and the dryer was $1 for an hour, but there is plenty of outsides lines. The night lighting is good, but the sloping terraces between levels made it awkward to get to amenities, so a torch is recommended

Over priced at $41 2A powered after chain discount and under par in so far as standard of facilities. Old and not aging well. Considerable short stay through put at this time of year as many caravanners use Esperance as an entry/exit point for WA-hence the price gouging.
