Very friendly staff, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $28 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Late checkout allowed, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Dirty gas BBQs are free, dismal bbq area atmosphere. No pool. Suitable for overnighter, well maintained park.
Liked:- the manager was accommodating for us as we had some mechanical issues. Drive through site that was roomy and good for our overnight stop.
Disliked:- The BBQ was just an old household Barby that was not cleaned and there was no lighting or shelter near it.
Parking:- Came in at closing time and was met at the road.
Local Information:- The hospital museum is amazing and the town is quite nice to wander around. Supermarket IGA staff are very friendly.
Road Conditions:- Roads were very good.

Situated in an RV friendly town, small caravan park probably 50/50 perms, annuals and dongas. Tourist short stay sites are all bitumen and depending on the numbers, you can stay hitched. We paid $20/n unpowered or $30/n powered. Good older clean ablutions with plenty of hot water for the showers. Room to dry and dress in the cubicle although no curtain but not really an issue. Toilets are a bit small with the large roll holders in the way. Dump point 1/2k away in the sports oval. Good place to leave the van to go to Wave Rock a 100k away. Town has usual services with IGA and 2 fuel stations... the BP card only was the cheapest (on the same side of the line as the CP). We stayed 4 nights. No personal washing machines allowed. Only TV was ABC channels. No phone or internet service on Telstra/Belong.
