Shirley the caretaker has finally retired. The town will not be the same without her.
We phone booked our site, had to attend the Shire Office where it was credit card only, or go to Gull, not sure how to pay there.
The park is still the same, Shirley only left days before we arrived. Great park in a well serviced town. Hope they can get a good caretaker to replace Shirley

Council owned caravan park kept in excellent condition by caretaker. $30 per night. Ring the caretaker during the day and get a site allocated. After hours book in at the Liberty Service Station across the road. Staff on site were very helpful and amenities were very clean with plenty of hot water. Camp kitchen well appointed and clean. Laundry has free washing machines. The dump point is in the rest area between the caravan park and the main road and can be a rather long walk through a security gate depending where you are in the Park. Overall an excellent park maintained by a long term caretaker who takes pride in the appearance of the park and is to be commended.
