I think it is council owned. Pretty cheap at $28 per night. The park is in reasonable condition which is more than you can say for most of the town. The showers aren't bad and you can have a decent hot shower despite the restrictor, or similar on the hot water. There is no pool, no rec. room but I did spot a couple of clean, illuminated and covered barbeques. There is a dump point. Telstra coverage is 3. It is OK for an overnighter but that's about all.

A council run park at $28 pn this was good value for a powered/water site. Drive through sites were available some with shade others without. Room to walk the dog inside and outside park. Visitors centre down the main street provides information on places of interest. Just north of town is an area known as The Granites, an aboriginal rock art site worth a visit. Also worth a day trip visit is the small township of Cue some 60kms north. Some permanents at the park. BBQ/Camp kitchen available, other amenities clean and quite okay. Rain water available. Would stay here again.
