If you wish to stay in Pemberton, you have to go to this park because it is the only one. Was here 4 years ago after heavy rain and there were lots of huge puddles. Four years later we were there after heavy rain and there are the same big puddles. Up to 15 metres long. If lots of money has been spent on maintenance, it is not obvious. At $40 per night 2A powered the mosquitoes are included, free of charge, even in early spring. Easy walking distance to town. Easy walk to Pemberton Tramway Station. Nice coffee shops in town. Amenities look a bit dated on the outside but are better than that internally..

This park has improved (and still improving) since we last visited six years ago. Pleasant and well maintained grounds. shower/toilet amenities are a bit dated but clean. Good camp kitchen and plenty of room for kids to run around and for areas to take dog for walk. Township is a few minutes away in car with adequate shops for basic necessities. Visit the Gloucester Tree and take a ride on the local tourist train. We were there on the cusp of School Holidays and it is obviously very popular with locals (WA) for the kids. Okay for a week or more at $35pn. Good lighting, power and water, sullage to ground, shade to many sites, no visible permanents, did not notice any slabs. Mostly level sites.

Liked:- New owners are really giving the place a makeover, it needed it
Added Touches:- No added touches while we were there.
Local Information:- Pemberton a little sad, still plenty to do in the area if you travel. Went to bakery, it is more a coffee shop. Bread cakes etc. IGA supermarket.
Road Conditions:- A lot of roadworks along the track there, seems like there has been road works for about 4 years now. Will be a nice road one day...
