We have almost finished a 5 month trip through out SA, NSW, Qld, NT and WA and this is the dearest park we have stayed at. By the time we get home mid Sept we will have stayed at over 70 parks. The only special this park made was stay 3 nights at $49 and pay for 4th $40.

Good laundry, good rec room, good camp kitchen, kiosk, car wash, dump point, secure entry, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, claustrophobic park, inadequate shade, many permanents. Clean gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. No pool. This is a really lovely park, the amenities are excellent, the shower recesses are large and comfortable, lots of hot water, camp kitchen is really good, very large and not outdoors but in the centre of the park next to the amenities block. We paid $49.50 per night, television reception is minimal, suggest an amplifier for your TV aerial, though there is a very big TV room with a large screen available next to the camp kitchen. All sites are hard stands and a Car/Caravan wash area, coin operated. No tourist information offered. Worth a visit, lovely coastline and the historic town of Cossack nearby, and 40k back to Karratha. Book ahead in busy months.
