NSW, Bombah Point, Myall Shores Nature Resort

Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff helped us at the site, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $59 for 2A 3C PN, powered, shoulder season. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, no sites with annex slabs, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good rec room, no camp kitchen, late checkout allowed, kiosk, secure entry, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Optus, reception quality was 1. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanents. No BBQs. No playground. Clean pool, tables and chairs provided, toddlers catered for. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park.
Liked:- Very quiet park, great onsite cafe. Waterfront location.
Disliked:- Extraction fans in the amenities were a little too loud, but they worked well.
Parking:- A small bay is provided to park in whilst booking in.
Added Touches:- Plenty of wildlife to see, pool and cafe are great.
Road Conditions:- Well maintained dirt road from Bulahdelah end. Take care on the corners, some are a bit sharper than they appear. Car ferry to take you to Hawks Nest/Tea Gardens only operates between 8am-6pm. Cost of ferry was $6 for the car and $6 for trailers/caravans.

NSW, Nambucca Heads, Nambucca Beach Holiday Park

Friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Reasonable value for money $90 for 2A 3C PN, ensuite, shoulder season. Paid $81, reduced for Big 4 chain discount. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to some sites, shade to most sites, ensuite sites available, drive-through sites, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good rec room, good camp kitchen, secure entry, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Optus, reception quality was 1. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, many permanents. Excellent playground, in good condition. Clean pool, heated, pool is shaded, tables and chairs provided, toddlers catered for. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park, park is considered kid-safe, park is considered suitable for mobility impaired persons.
Liked:- Such a quiet park, secluded at the end of a very quiet street. Great facilities for kids. Even though there were many permanents in the park, they had their own section away from the tourist area and you wouldn't know they were there. Direct beach access.
Disliked:- Phone reception was woeful - we needed to drive up the hill and into town to get reception most of the time.
Parking:- There is a large parking bay provided for checking in.
Local Information:- Beautiful location, would definitely return.

NSW, Bonny Hills, BIG4 Bonny Hills Holiday Park

Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to some sites, shade to most sites, ensuite sites available, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good rec room, good camp kitchen, secure entry, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Optus, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanents. Clean UC BBQs, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Basic playground. Clean pool, pool is shaded, kid-safe pool area, tables and chairs provided. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park, park is considered kid-safe, park is considered suitable for mobility impaired persons.
Liked:- Excellent park for families. There is a water park as well as two pools, jumping pillow, putt putt golf, table tennis and pedal carts for the kids. Even during school holidays, it didn't feel crowded. Ensuite sites are of a high standard, showers are very large inside.
Parking:- Not much in the way of parking whilst booking in.
Added Touches:- Excellent kids activities in the school holidays, direct beach access, courtesy bus to the local pub for a great meal.
Local Information:- About 20kms south of Port Macquarie. Nice and quiet area, right beside the beach however the park is well sheltered behind the tree line so as to protect campers from the strong sea breezes.

Vic, Mallacoota, A Wangralea Caravan Park

Manager's name is Tammy and Max. Very friendly staff, staff explained park layout and facilities. Very good value for money ($33 2A C3 PN, powered, shoulder season). Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, no rec room, good camp kitchen, no wireless internet available, you can use your mobile wireless (carrier used was Optus, reception quality was 4). Peaceful, open & roomy park, plenty of shade, no permanents. Clean UC gas bbq (free), congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground, no pool. Suitable for a week or more, well maintained park, park is considered kid-safe.
Liked:- Very peaceful park, only small but very well kept. Added touches in the bathroom facilities such as soap on tap and hand towels was very welcoming after a few weeks of paper towels or hand dryers. Excellent camp kitchen, included a TV as well as the expected kitchen appliances and bbq's.
Disliked:- The only thing I could say is there were no facilities for the kids, but as this was just a short stay it really didn't matter. Also there was a very good park just a short walk away.
Added Touches:- Pets are allowed at Manager's discretion, real hand towels provided in bathrooms.
Local Information:- Mallacoota is a stunning location.
Road Conditions:- Road into Mallacoota is a bit windy in places, but no hassles getting in.

NSW, Broulee, Ingenia Holidays Broulee

Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation, disabled facilities. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good rec room, good camp kitchen, late checkout allowed, kiosk, disabled facilities, dump point, secure entry, wireless internet is available, you can use your mobile wireless (carrier used was Optus, reception quality was 2). Liked:- Fantastic location, with private access to beach. Pool and jumping pillow were excellent, games room very well equipped. Kids activities during holiday periods was great, staff were dedicated and more than efficient. Park was always spotlessly clean during our stay. Even though the park was busy as it was school holidays, it never felt overcrowded.
Added Touches:- Free kids activities, courtesy bus to the local club for dinner, BIG4 discounts at local businesses, pedal karts for the kids.
Local Information:- Stunning beaches, plenty of local markets on weekends, great fishing.
Road Conditions:- Excellent roads to and from Broulee.
