Manager's name is Geoff & Sarah.
A great little park 4kms off the Newell Highway that is quiet and very friendly. A folder with all the local attractions is a great idea as it allows you to peruse at your leisure.
Very friendly staff. Very good value for money $25 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, good camp kitchen, van parking, book swap available, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 1. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. Clean gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Suitable for few days, suitable for families, well maintained park.

Parking:- Ample parking.

Local Information:- Close to Warrambungle national park.
Road Conditions:- Good road from the Newell highway

NSW, Mirrool, Royal Hotel Camping Area

This is a great fee camp opposite the Royal Hotel in Mirrool. Free to camp and 4 power sites are available for $10.00 each. Mostly level sites and some with shade. Very clean toilets and a shared shower available (donation suggested) next to camp sites. A bit of highway noise. Hotel has meals & drink available 7 days. Mobile phone is Telstra 1 bar. Can accommodate any size van.

NSW, Kingscliff, Ingenia Holidays Kingscliff

A great park to stay at. A good location as you can walk to either the beach or the river. Most sites are big with great grass coverage. Amenities are more than adequate and very clean. Will stay again.
Friendly staff, staff helped us at the site. Very good value for money $245 for 2A PW, powered, shoulder season. Paid $210, reduced for stay 7 and pay for 6. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, very few annex slabs, shade to some sites, ensuite sites available, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, kiosk, car wash, dump point, secure entry, van parking, book swap available, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. Clean pool. Suitable for month or longer, well maintained park.
Liked:- Big wide sites. Good grass coverage. Didn't need an awning mat. Good easy walk to the beach. Close enough to the highway for easy entry.
Parking:- Good off-street parking to book-in.
Local Information:- Good base to explore the hinterland. Close to Tweed heads.

NSW, North Haven, Jacaranda Caravan Park

A well kept quiet park. Amenities are top shelf. Most sites have double slabs. Most sites will only accommodate small to medium vans. Close to river & beach for great walks. Permanents not with tourist sites.
Very friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Very good value for money $33 for 2A PN, powered, off-peak season. Paid $29.70, reduced for Top Tourist discount. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is very good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate small to medium vans, annex slabs to most sites, shade to some sites, ensuite sites available, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good camp kitchen, kiosk, dump point, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 1. Quiet, open & roomy park, inadequate shade, many permanent/annual vans. Suitable for month or longer, suitable for families.
Liked:- Open park. Well maintained.
Parking:- Parking for one caravan at a time.
Road Conditions:- Road in from Pacific highway a bit rough.

NSW, Port Stephens, BIG4 Koala Shores Holiday Parks - Lemon Tree Passage

A great place to relax. Very quiet in July. A small group of shops handy but a long way from a shopping centre. Had to walk a long way to rubbish bins. May be better in peak periods? Occasionally very noisy when RAAF are practicing.

Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, some unlevel sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to some sites, very few sites are shaded, ensuite sites available, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, kiosk, car wash, dump point, book swap available, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, open & roomy park, inadequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. Clean pool, tables and chairs provided. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families.
Liked:- Quiet park. Open and some sites on waterfront.
Disliked:- No dry area in showers. No holder to place soap & shampoo in shower cubicle.
Parking:- Plenty of room outside park. Confusing entry as keypad is on the right.
Added Touches:- Boat ramp and boat wash available.
Local Information:- Lovely drives to small towns. Sightseeing trips to hunter wineries, etc.
Road Conditions:- Road to park from Pacific highway good condition.

NSW, Goulburn, Goulburn South Caravan Park

Not a great park, would not stay again by choice.
Friendly staff. Poor value for money $36 for 2A, powered, off-peak season. Paid $32.60, reduced for Chain discount. Amenities are close to only some sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly unlevel sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, no sites with annex slabs, very few sites are shaded, drive-through sites. Basic laundry, dump point, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 4. Quiet, open & roomy park, inadequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Suitable for overnighter.
Liked:- Many drive-thru sites.
Disliked:- Quality of surface of sites. Very few drive-thru sites level.
Parking:- Okay to stop at reception.

NSW, Mittagong, Mittagong Caravan Park

A nice caravan park for an overnight. Sites are adequate with some good drive-through sites. Amenities could do with upgrading but with your own facilities it's okay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Okay for a few days. Ideal spot to stop when you are heading to NSW North Coast.

Vic, Bairnsdale, Bairnsdale Holiday Park

A great park for an overnight stop.Very clean facilities. good grounds with access to local wildlife. Would suit families. Worth staying for a few days. large sites with double slabs.

NSW, Albury, Lake Hume Tourist Park

Park is in a great location at the weir. Great views. Not all sites are level and have views. Some sites a long way from the amenities. Staff attitude is poor to fair. Amenities are clean. Would go back if ideal sites available. Confusing site maps.

Qld, Roma, Villa Holiday Park

Average staff friendliness, bad staff response to complaints. Poor value for money $35 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to most sites, shade to some sites, ensuite sites available, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, dump point, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 5. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade. UC BBQs. Basic playground. No pool. Suitable for few days, suitable for families, park is considered kid-safe.
Disliked:- Park is very dusty. A query to management on road conditions was met with a sarcastic response. A complaint regarding the cleanliness of the washing machines was brushed off.
Local Information:- Quite a few attractions in the Roma area.
Road Conditions:- Sign outside park indicates narrow road ahead. A query to management on suitability for caravans didn't provide and further information as the manager said he is in the park 7 days a week.
