Very friendly staff, staff helped us at the site. Good value for money $35 for 2A PN, powered, off-peak season. Paid $210, reduced for pay 6 stay 7. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided. Inadequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, hard to negotiate into site, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, good camp kitchen, no wireless internet available., you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Telstra, reception quality was 2. Quiet, claustrophobic park, adequate shade, no permanent/annual vans. Clean gas BBQs are free. No pool. Suitable for few days.
Liked:- New owners trying hard to improve park. Good value compared to the other "robbery" parks, and dog friendly.
Disliked:- Some sites very hard to get in, old 60's/70's design park sites just not big enough and access roads far too narrow, for modern vans, actual park size could probably handle a third less sites to be better access and site size. Shame as it could be great and owners are trying hard.

Ok for an over nighter if desperate, but far too expensive for what you get, $36 with pensioner discount per night powered site. Should be $40 which is a rip off. Place been tidied up by new chain owners Acclaim parks, clean facilities but not worth the money overall. Town in decline, IGA got minimum $20 spend to use EFPOS , in store ATM charged $2-90 to withdraw cash , disgraceful ! No wonder the town is dying !

Good value country town park, $20/night, facilities lovely and clean, park being extended at rear and will be good when finished, we had two sites as drive through for big rig, no problems but could be if busy for bigger rigs. Caretaker comes round at 5.00pm for money. Walk to town 12 mins. Few semi permanents or local workers in park but no problems.

Again a great stay at this top park, bit noisy over the weekend due to two separate groups in park, one lot in cabins, mostly males from a golf club very noisy to the early hours Friday night ! but otherwise a superb park, with perfectly clean amenities and grounds. Lovely coffee shop next door to the info center, good coffees and snacks. Had a meal at pub but disappointing. Some nice walks along the river across the road.
