Qld, Oakey, Oakridge Caravan Park

Friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $34 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water. Adequate number of tourist sites, some level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by. Basic camp kitchen. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Dirty gas BBQs, dismal bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No pool. Suitable for overnighter.
Liked:- Reasonable facilities
Disliked:- Camp kitchen was very dirty and neglected, only 2 toilets and 1 stopped working and hand dryer did not work.
Parking:- Not a lot of room if there was a line up.
Local Information:- Great aviation museum.

NSW, Oberon, Jenolan Caravan Park

Friendly staff, no complaints, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $33 for 2A PN, powered. Amenities are close to all sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, dry change area, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to most sites, adequate taps close by. Good laundry, good camp kitchen. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No pool. Suitable for few days.
Liked:- Provided bath mats which kept feet dry. Nice park and close to town.
Disliked:- The camp kitchen was very open with few walls and cold.
Local Information:- Great place to stay.

ACT, Canberra, Canberra South Motor Park - Symonston

Average staff friendliness, no complaints. Reasonable value for money $38 for 2A, powered. Amenities are close to most sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites. Basic laundry, basic camp kitchen. Noisy, open & roomy park, adequate shade, many permanent/annual vans. No BBQs. No pool. Suitable for few days.
Liked:- Not much, showers good but very cramped.
Disliked:- It advertises a bistro and tavern and shop..all closed, washing machines need tokens which get from office, which is closed on Sundays, can get tokens from shop which is non existent, we paid up front for 4 nights otherwise would have only stayed for one.
Parking:- Not much room to pull in and park while checking in.
Local Information:- Enjoyed Canberra and surrounds.

Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided, exhaust fans/good ventilation. Adequate number of tourist sites, some level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by. Good camp kitchen, dump point. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No pool. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families.
Liked:- Friendly and great position.
Disliked:- Would not like to stay there at peak times as over 700 sites.
Local Information:- Beautiful place, stunning views.

Amenities are close to most sites, cleanliness was average, condition is good, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, paper towels/dryer provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to some sites, shade to some sites, adequate taps close by. Basic camp kitchen, secure entry. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. No BBQs. Suitable for few days.
Liked:- Close to sanctuary which we wanted to visit.
Disliked:- Camp kitchen was not very clean and some things did not work.

Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, good night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to most sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by. Good laundry, good rec room, good camp kitchen, dump point, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, a few permanent/annual vans. Clean UC gas BBQs are free, congenial bbq area atmosphere, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No pool. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, well maintained park.
Liked:- Spotlessly clean, 2 facility blocks for both sexes, close to town, very helpful. Best camp kitchen we had seen, everything supplied and 2 of each electric appliances.
