NSW, Buronga, Buronga Riverside Tourist Park

Date of Stay: May 2017 Rating: 4.5
Lovely park. Fortunate to have a site that backed onto the river. Bit of a walk to amenities from here, but a small price to pay. Very large park with lots of site options depending on your needs. Have thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days here. Park area across the river ( Mildura ) is lovely, a credit to the town. Easy bike ride, or walk over the bridge into Mildura. You may encounter a bit of hoon noise at night over the river, but not too bad.

Hard to fault this CP, beautiful location next to a small lake and lovely sporting fields. 5 minute walk to Chocolate factory,15/20 into town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On another day I would rate this CP a 5.

Vic, Ouyen, Ouyen Caravan Park

Date of Stay: April 2017 Rating: 3
A typical small country town park. Fine for what it is ...we had a site up behind reception which was good for us. 10 or 12 vans in each night we were there. 5 minute walk to town.Would stay again.

NSW, Broulee, Ingenia Holidays Broulee

Date of Stay: March 2017 Rating: 4
Lovely location, adjacent to Broulee South beach. Park has a bush type atmosphere which is great. Park will only get even better as the staff are constantly busy in the gardens etc. Not much in the township itself, but a very pretty location. Beach felt very safe to swim in. Would recommend this park if you like a quiet location.

NSW, Ulladulla, Ulladulla Headland Tourist Park

Varying reports on this park. We were right up the back, which we really enjoyed. I think this is a very good CP and would recommend it to anyone. The long haul down to the bins is the only issue. There is only 1 garbage location in the entire park. easy walk into town,

Qld, Longreach, Longreach Tourist Park

Date of Stay: October 2016 Rating: 2.5
We were here 11 years ago and not much has changed......it has only become larger. No grass sites. Both amenities need an urgent revamp. Nothing has been done to these since our last visit, except for new doors. This park has no genuine opposition in town and their complacency shows in the maintainance ( or lack of it ). This is a popular park, but could be so much better.

SA, Nuriootpa, Barossa Valley Tourist Park

Date of Stay: October 2016 Rating: 4
We were here for only half a day before the recent SA superstorm. So, we spent 2 days "bunkered down " From what I saw, this would appear to be an excellent park. Has lots of facilities and the pool has been completed which looked great. Location next to sporting precinct which is fine, also 5 or 10 minute walk to shops. Would definitely like to stay here again under better conditions.

SA, Woomera, Woomera Travellers Village And Caravan Park

Date of Stay: October 2016 Rating: 2.5
Basic park in the outback, but perfectly fine for an overnighter. Drive thru sites on gravel. Woomera is one of the strangest places I have ever visited. It is effectively a RAAF base. The department of Defence runs it. During our walk around town,we only saw 3 people. It was like a ghost town. Many houses and buildings were vacant. Nothing was open, apparently this changes depending on RAAF movements. Back to the CP, a visit to the onsite bar is a Must, you will be pleasantly surprised. Manager is a bit of a character.

NT, Kulgera, Kulgera Roadhouse Caravan Park

Date of Stay: October 2016 Rating: 3
This is fine for an overnighter. One should remember....this is a roadhouse and it is in the Outback, but they do provide powered sites, amenities etc. Great meals at the bar, which is a must visit. The owner is somewhat of a bush mechanic, and he certainly helped our friends out who had electric brakes issues. Would certainly stay here again.

NT, Yulara, Ayers Rock Resort Campground

Great park in the desert, really enjoyed our stay. Loved it. Everything at Yulara village that you would require. About 14km to Uluru. A big park but was still quite busy...would advise to book.
