Qld, Gin Gin, Gin Gin Showground

Date of Stay: April 2019 Rating: 4
We are very impressed with this showground, and we have used a few lately. Very well maintained grounds and amenities, great choice of sites & $20 per night with power, water, D/P onsite, good Telstra and DTV. A credit to the caretakers. Pets are ok, shops nearby.

NSW, Grafton, Grafton Greyhound Racing Club

Date of Stay: April 2019 Rating: 3.5
Situated in a quiet area, very spacious with numerous powered sites mostly around the perimeter fence. Check in to the Office on arrival and pay $25 fee for a powered site. Grass is mown although a little patchy, there is a dump point and older amenities. A 7 day limit applies, and ok for a short stay. The new Grafton bridge due to open late 2019.

NSW, Hawks Nest, Jimmy's Beach Caravan Park

Another stay here for us, always enjoyable. Now a "Reflections" park but the driveway is still a potholed mess! Ok amenities, lots of bird life, no traffic and sounds of the surf - very relaxing.

This park is crowded mainly with permanent villagers and holiday cabins. Very few tourist sites and they are tight to park on. Second toilet block closed. Train line nearby not a big problem.

NSW, Bermagui, Bermagui Tourist Park

I should add that the meals at the Bermagui Hotel are excellent and reasonably priced.
