NSW, Bourke, Kidmans Camp Van And Cabin Park

Date of Stay: October 2021 Rating: 4.5
Situated in North Bourke, a lovely green Oasis with lawns, palms, roses & ghost gums. A real credit to the owners of this park, $39 powered site for Seniors and a nice friendly welcome at Reception. Looking forward to our next visit.

Date of Stay: September 2021 Rating: 4
An Oasis in the rather dry bush surrounds. Green lawns and beautifully maintained historic buildings and gardens. Onsite caretaker Bev, some powered sites available for $20 p.n., $15 unpwd. Very limited water so bring full tanks. Dump point onsite, clean amenities, Big Top undercover area used for annual events & afternoon tea there daily. Great find!

Qld, Woodgate Beach, Woodgate Beach Tourist Park

Date of Stay: September 2021 Rating: 4
Nice park in a great location. Lovely beach across the road and a good cafe out the front. Some sites are sandy, some grass and others with a concrete slab. Very popular park, would pay to pre-book.

Qld, Hervey Bay, Hervey Bay Caravan Park - Urangan

Date of Stay: July 2021 Rating: 4.5
A return visit after 3 years, and the park is still well kept and a pleasant place to stay a while. Fees $44 per night for powered site with a concrete slab and weekly discount can apply, and my previous comment still apply.

NSW, Merimbula, Tween Waters Tourist Park

Date of Stay: May 2021 Rating: 3.5
This park is well sited, close to Fishpen shops and surf beach. Also the monthly Market is very handy. Park needs some TLC but this maybe coming as the tree loppers were working in readyness. Good weekly rate.

Vic, Orbost, Orbost Caravan Park

Date of Stay: May 2021 Rating: 4
Lovely reception from Teagan, and convenient drive-through site allocated @ $35 pn. Amenities are older but freshly painted and well appointed. Can walk into town, lots of shade from established trees. One of our fav parks.

Vic, Ensay South, Ensay South Camping Area

Date of Stay: April 2021 Rating: 3.5
This is the Ensay Recreation Ground on Doctors Flat Rd. It is a large grassed and mostly level area with Public toilet block which is clean and supplies paper towel and handwash. There are 8 power outlets off 2 power poles ( 4 on each ), its a quiet and picturesque spot to spend a few days. Water mostly unavailable here. Telstra ok, DTV patchy but good with Sat dish of course. $15 per night, caretaker calls.

Vic, Yackandandah, Yackandandah Holiday Park

Date of Stay: November 2020 Rating: 4.5
A great little Park, clean, green and leafy. Walk to town, lots of shade, dump point, $35 per night powered site. Some cabins which look good, managers live onsite. A lovely town and very popular since appearing on Back Roads !

Vic, Cohuna, Cohuna Waterfront Holiday Park

Date of Stay: November 2020 Rating: 2.5
Way overpriced for a powered site, at $40. Older park in need of lots of TLC, mostly under scary huge river redgums - no limbs fell but the possibility is there. Nice views over Gunbower Creek and great meals at the Bower Hotel, but this Park is greatly lacking. Lots of annuals, a few cabins. I should add that TV reception to powered sites was very poor except if you use Sat TV.

Vic, Cobram, Oasis Caravan Park

Date of Stay: November 2020 Rating: 3
A friendly welcome at Reception, but despite 2 phone calls to them regarding our booking we were not in the computer. The Park is a little untidy after strong winds, but no attempt to tidy up since and the layout is odd. The amenity block is a long way from the powered sites ( past the pool and cabins ). $35 per night, dont think we will be back.
