Staff friendly. Average value for money at $42 per night 2A and power. There are 3 amenities blocks. One is old and tired but clean, one is of a higher standard and I don't know about the third but no site is far from one of them. Sites are level with patchy night lighting but they are well grassed. Very rare for this part of the world and very refreshing. Some sites are enormous. There was a 14 metre bus opposite our site. Park is open and roomy but could do with a bit more shade. The laundries are basic but functional and there is a dump point. I didn't see a rec. room. The kitchen is basic but OK and clean. There is a book swap and Telstra coverage is about "3". It's a short walk to a small group of shops and a long walk to the rest. There is a pool.

Good park not far from town and the river. Clean cold pool. Quiet park even though it was school holidays. Sandy sites but shadecloth on the ground helps a lot. Sites are a good size and some have river views. Mix of old and new amenities. Good cafe next door. Great little town. Nice area and beautiful NP.

Large park well set out with many sites having a beautiful view over the Murchison River. staff are very friendly and explain the park layout, only a short walk to shops. The larger amenities block is newer and was clean and in good condition. However, there was nothing wrong with the older amenities blocks as the one I used was very clean, plus pool was also clean, very good camp kitchen. Large sites, while all are back in the wide roadways made them easy to get into. Good Telstra coverage and TV reception
