Fremantle Village , Freemantle Click here for park details on My Park List 25 Cockburn Road, South Fremantle. Ph: 08 9430 4866 or 1800 999 938. G'Day member. Pets allowed on sites.Report By: U Boughta Jeep (175) Date of Stay: August 2023 Rating: 3 A well-located park which is laid out as a series of concentric circles which causes confusion. There is a dedicated area for motor homes and camper vans which looks like it may have been a swimming pool area. The park is numerically dominated by pointy-roofed cabins and permanents.
this causes no problems at all. Average staff friendliness, staff explained park layout and facilities. Good value for money $45.00 for 2A PN, powered. Paid $40.50, reduced for G'Day parks discount. Amenities are close to most sites, cleanliness was average, condition is reasonable, water pressure is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided. Adequate number of tourist sites, mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate large motorhomes and 5th wheelers, annex slabs to most sites, shade to some sites, drive-through sites, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Basic laundry, basic camp kitchen, dump point. Quiet, open & roomy park, adequate shade, many permanent/annual vans. Clean UC electric BBQs, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. No playground. No pool. Suitable for a week or more. Liked:- Fremantle is a better location than Perth (where we've stayed before because "Freo" has eateries, museums and various tourist attractions with less traffic. Disliked:- We needed to stay one more night due to a medical emergency with one of our group. They made us move sites and refused to even consider shuffling the incoming van.
