Back again. Still needing maintenance. Very well shielded from prevailing winds. Some sites turn to deep mud after heavy rain and do not dry quickly. If you have a long van beware of the railing on the bridge as you enter just past reception. The scratches bear witness. Could be an excellent park but needs a facelift. Walk to coffee shops.

Some sites are very tight and vehicles need to move to accommodate arrivals. Very little to zero site management appears to be done. For $40+ per night, I expect a little more. Shelter from high wind is excellent. Walk to 2 coffee shops. Eight km to nearest supermarket.
Friendly staff, staff explained park layout and facilities. Reasonable value for money. Amenities are close to most sites, were clean, condition is good, there was adequate hot water, soap provided, paper towels/dryer provided. Mostly level sites, poor night lighting, sites will accommodate medium to large vans, annex slabs to most sites, shade to most sites, ensuite sites available, drive-through sites, hard to negotiate into site, adequate taps close by, adequate sullage close by. Good laundry, basic rec room, good camp kitchen, dump point, secure entry, wireless internet is available is free, you can use your mobile wireless carrier used was Vodaphone, reception quality was 3. Quiet, adequate shade. Clean UC electric BBQs are free, bbq area lighting, seating provided at bbq. Excellent playground, in good condition. Clean pool, tables and chairs provided. Suitable for a week or more, suitable for families, park is considered kid-safe.
Disliked:- It's starting to look tired, old and run down, but it doesn't need to. The mud gets very sticky when it rains.
Parking:- It is inadequate with provision for one rig only. Due to its narrowness, on street parking is unlikely.
Added Touches:- There is a splash pool water park thingy for the kids.
